  1. Booking & Check-in
  • Reservations require a minimum stay of three days.
  • Approval System: Reservations are finalized after ministry verification.
  • Self Check-in: Easy access via a Lockbox for your convenience at any arrival time.
  • Courtesy: We kindly ask you to keep the space clean for the next guest during your stay and upon departure.

     

  1. Eligibility & Documents
  • Eligibility: Missionaries, Pastors, and Christian ministry workers.
  • Required Docs: Please email a credential or a recommendation letter from your organization for verification.
    We will review the documents and send you an approval via email. 

  1. House Rules
  • Safety: Only registered and approved guests are allowed on the premises.
  • Environment: For a pleasant stay, smoking and pets are strictly prohibited.
  • Cancellation: Due to the non-profit nature of this ministry, cancellations are not accepted once the reservation is approved.
  • Supervision of Minors: For safety reasons, minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times within the premises.
  • Quiet Hours & Respect for Neighbors: As the house is located in a residential area, loud noises or disorderly conduct that disturbs the neighbors are strictly prohibited.
  • Damages & Loss: Guests are held responsible and liable for any damages to or loss of property within the house during their stay.

     

  1. Facility Management & Safety Rules
  • Non-Smoking Policy: All indoor areas are strictly non-smoking. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean environment.
  • Energy Conservation: Please ensure all lights and HVAC units are turned off when leaving the premises. For fire safety, the use of personal electric heaters is prohibited.
  • Waste Disposal: Please separate and dispose of food and general waste in designated areas. We kindly ask you to wash and put away any kitchenware used for the next guest.
  • Check-out Time: Please strictly observe the check-out time to allow enough time for cleaning and preparation for the next guest.
